1. SWISS GROUPS SERVICE CARD
The Swiss Groups Service card (hereinafter referred to as “card”) is reserved for coach drivers in the possession of a valid driving licence for categories D and K and a vehicle registration certificate as well as for tour guides in possession of an ID card (hereinafter collectively referred to as “user”), who, until the end of 2018 (hereinafter referred to as “time period”), accompany groups of at least 20 persons who order a meal in a gastronomic outlet at any of the Autogrill franchises listed below (hereinafter referred to as “Autogrill franchise”), that is, motorway roadside restaurants belonging to Autogrill Schweiz AG.
2. HOW TO OBTAIN A SWISS GROUPS SERVICE CARD
2.1 The card is issued to anyone who requests one at an Autogrill franchise in accordance with the provisions laid down in Para. 2.2 below.
2.2 An Autogrill franchise will issue a card to a person as described in Para. 1 above on presentation of the above-mentioned documents and on submission of a duly completed registration form.
2.3 The card is free of charge, personal and not transferable to a third party. The card can be confiscated at any time in the event that Autogrill or parties specified by Autogrill ascertain that the conditions for issue of the card as described under Para. 1 are not fulfilled, that an unauthorised third party has made use of the card, or that the card has generally been used unlawfully in some way.
3. SERVICES FOR CARD HOLDERS
The card entitles users who, within the given time period, stop off at an Autogrill franchise with a group of at least 20 people who order a meal to benefit from specified price reductions as well as a Swiss Groups Service voucher (hereinafter referred to as “voucher”) per stop, in accordance with the conditions laid down by Autogrill Schweiz AG. In order to receive this voucher, the card issued by an Autogrill franchise must be used. Vouchers issued by Autogrill roadside restaurants outside Switzerland are not valid.
4. SWISS GROUPS SERVICE VOUCHER
The voucher is valid until the end of 2018 and:
• can be redeemed at any Autogrill franchise in Switzerland, on presentation of the card, in order to purchase goods and services.
• cannot be transferred to other persons.
5. RESTRICTIONS APPLYING TO AUTOGRILL VOUCHERS
The voucher may not be used to purchase stamps, lottery tickets, telephone cards, prepaid mobile phone cards, Viacards, tobacco products, newspapers, Swiss or Austrian motorway tax stickers (Vignette) or fuel. Furthermore, the voucher cannot be redeemed at Cremo and Restoshop in Gruyère and at Restoshop in Bavois, and at the Rose de la Broye franchise only in the restaurant, a mo’.
As cardholders, coach drivers and tour guides accompanying at least 20 passengers who eat a meal at any of the participating restaurants enjoy the following benefits: a free meal up to the value of CHF 30.- and a CHF 10.- voucher per stop.
7. HOW, WHEN AND WHERE CAN THESE VOUCHERS BE OBTAINED IN SWITZERLAND?
Providing that the provisions laid down in Para. 3 are complied with, the user will be given one voucher to the value of CHF 10.- on presentation of his card. Use of this voucher is governed by the knowledge of and compliance with the differing terms and conditions displayed in the restaurant in question. Autogrill Schweiz AG reserves the right to change these wherever necessary and without prior notice.
